Password Reset: Why won't the password reset link work?

If you are experiencing this issue, no worries! These are a few things to consider:

  1. We recommend you request a new password link here. Make sure you find the most recent email from Packback in your mailbox, and use the password reset link from that email!
  2. Whenever you request a new password reset link, all the previous ones will be invalid. For example, if you clicked on the password reset button 5 times, you will receive 5 password reset emails. However, only the fifth email would have a functional password reset link. Check to make sure the link you are clicking is the most recent!
  3. Make sure you are using the correct email to reset your password. If there's a typo in your email or if you're using a different email then you will not be able to successfully reset your password. You can find the email your account is associated with in the invitation email where it says "Your username is...". 

Note: It can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to receive the reset password email. If after that time you still have not received an email, check your Spam folder before requesting a new link!
