You can change your section in your community at any time! When you do this, all of the posts you have already added to the community will be reassigned to the new section so you can still receive points for them.
Here's how you can go about changing your section:
- The first way is right after you log in to your account. In the Current Communities section of your dashboard click the Change Section button to open the menu to select your section.
- The other way is from your Community Feed. Go to your community and on the right-hand sidebar of the Community Feed in the About This Community section click the Change Section button. Then just follow the instructions in the menu to change your section!
If your professor has multiple communities for each section, you won't actually be able to change it when you're in the community. To avoid paying again, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the name of the community/section that you need to be in and we will move you into the correct community! If you did already purchase access to the correct community, no worries. Just let us know and we will issue you a refund!
