If your course is using Packback through it’s Learning Management System (“LMS”) such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Compass, etc, we recommend you first attempt to access Packback directly through the link in your LMS.
Packback can be integrated into your LMS which allows you to do a Single Sign-On from your learning management system directly into Packback. This means that to either create an account or login, you will not need to enter a separate set of credentials for Packback.
We recommend that you access Packback through the LMS for ease of use. If you have issues with accessing Packback from your LMS, you can alternatively access the system directly through our website at www.packback.co.
When doing so, here’s a few things to keep in mind:
- If you already registered via the single sign-on from your LMS, you will log in with your same university email ID, but will need to create a new password when accessing Packback on www.packback.co as Packback does not store or recognize your LMS password for security purposes (we simply pass you through via single sign-on). This password will be specific to Packback, and will not impact your LMS.
- If you haven’t already registered via the single sign-on from your LMS, you will need to create a new account, then copy and paste your community lookup key (please refer to your syllabus, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unable to locate it) to join your community.
