If you are missing your questions or responses, first of all, make sure you've logged into the account you used for posting. In most cases, a number of questions and responses under your community profile is an actual number of questions and responses you've ever posted in that community; and any other posts are unlikely to exist in our records.
A good indicator that a post was successfully saved to your community is that if you see a teal colored alert appearing at the top of the page that says "Your post has been posted!" after you posted a question or response. If you do not receive this message on your screen, your post was not saved into our system.
Mistakes happen though! We want to be transparent with you here by letting you know we don't have the ability to recover a post that simply does not exist in our records. However, if you suspect a potential issue with our posting functionality, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org providing as many details as possible about what occurred on the days you posted to your community and if you noticed any errors during those days.
We take matters like this seriously and always want to investigate them as thoroughly as possible. We will also dig into our logs to see if there are any posts other than those reflected in your profile.
