There are a few reasons you may not have access to your community any longer. Do any of these apply to you?
- If you're not seeing your community appear in your profile and you're being asked to pay again, you’re not logged into the account that you purchased access with. You might have to check through your email inbox(es) to confirm which account this is. When in doubt, it’s usually your school email!
- If you signed up for our Deferred Payment program, but did not pay for access by the agreed upon deadline, you were removed from the community. In order to regain access and continue posting, you'll need to make your payment which can be submitted through this checkout form: Checkout Form.
- Your professor or TA has removed you. This might have been done in error, but we would recommend reaching out to your professor for further information in this case.
