Students can see their community (or communities) on their user profile under “Activity.”
However, if this area is empty, there are a few reasons this may be happening:
- You have two accounts and are not logged into the account that you purchased access with. You might have to check through your email inbox(es) to confirm which account this is. When in doubt, it’s usually your school email!
- You signed up for our Deferred Payment program, but did not pay for access by the agreed upon deadline, which means you were removed from the community. In order to regain access and continue posting, you'll need to make your payment which can be submitted through this checkout form: Checkout Form.
If you can see your community, but are unable to post in the community feed, you still need to complete registration! In this case, all you have to do is login to your account and go to the Join a Community page where you will be prompted on how to complete registration and purchase access to your community!
